Due to unprecedented demand for our video production courses, this year Multipleminds launches the
New Filmmakers Institute. Dedicated to the serious aspiring filmmaker age 12-17, our week long, full day courses cover all the basics of creative video productions including; the essentials of effective filming and video editing, treatment writing and storyboarding, principals of sound design, writing and recording,
effective voice-overs, special- effects, interview skills, how to integrate music, and exciting ways to
transform still images into spectacular videos. Learn how to create pod casts for internet distribution and how to upload your high-quality video to YouTube®.
Video editing skills will be taught using Adobe Premiere Pro®, After Effects®, Adobe Photoshop®, Sony Music Studio® and others. For those students interested in bringing their MAC laptops, a special series
will be offered devoted exclusively to Apple® Final Cut Pro® and Garage Band®
DV camera basics will be covered using advanced level cameras. This includes the art of
composition and framing, camera moves, lighting and audio capture on location and in studio. Whether
your goal is to film and edit a personal documentary, produce a short feature film, or create videos for
your web site or YouTube®, our workshops will guide you every step of the way.
